Villa is a completely metal chair with a mesh shell and a steel rod frame. Villa reinterprets the way of assembly of the structural components with the purpose of assembling single sections to achieve an effective structural rigidity, drawing inspiration from the outdoor seats in natural cane typical of Parisian terraces. The chair’s shell is lifted lateral from the legs through a subtle interplay of curves and linkages, making it simple to move and control. Ideal for usage outside, especially in any furnished environment.
Four 14mm steel tube parts make up the structural frame of Villa 1, while a stretched and molded metal sheet makes up the seating area. The end result is a lightweight chair that is also sturdy, cozy, beautiful, and capable of enhancing a variety of surroundings with its timeless elegance.
